← Back to TeamWith nine years of professional experience in Calgary and Vancouver, Chris brings a broad and versatile portfolio to the practice. Having worked with several architectural firms across Western Canada, his project experience spans educational facilities, recreation centres, hotels, low- and high-rise residential developments, commercial and retail environments, plazas, and park spaces. This diversity has cultivated a strong technical foundation and an ability to adapt design strategies across scales and typologies. Throughout his academic training and early career, Chris developed a particular focus on multi-use residential architecture. These complex projects — where active urban environments intersect with private living spaces — require thoughtful integration of diverse program elements and a cohesive design language. They are especially drawn to the detailing and technical resolution of these buildings, where careful coordination transforms layered requirements into clear, livable environments. Outside the studio, Chris is an avid boulderer and rock climber, pursuits that foster strategic thinking and creative problem-solving. He also enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and hosting a weekly board game night with family and friends — activities that reflect his appreciation for both challenge and community.
