Prospect House

Residential
Interior Design
Project Overview

Architecturally, this residence strives to convey permanence, modernity, luxury and rightness within the landscape. The public face is designed to be strong, elegant in its simplicity and proportion, and carefully crafted into the landscape. The private facades intentionally connect interior and exterior space. Forms and planes are designed to extend seamlessly from interior to exterior.

The restricted but carefully detailed palette of stone, wood, concrete, glass and metal convey a sophisticated yet relaxed luxury and continuity throughout the residence. Spatial differentiation is achieved by subtle changes in either floor or roof height rather than by abrupt use of walls as enclosure.

All furniture is custom designed, and all art was selected to enhance these architectural and interior design aspirations.
