The Northlands Towers with it’s 640 condo units will provide density to the surrounding growing community in which it sits and will offer critical community amenities and commercial spaces.

Running along the main promenade, the ground level of the podium features space for a small grocery store, restaurants, and other retail spaces. The higher levels of the podium are reserved for commercial office space and professional services.  On top of the podium is a community amenity space open for outdoor socializing and entertaining for the residents of the towers and their guests.

Design-wise,The Northlands Towers features a podium clad in dark azure brick featuring a curved corner of architectural glazing. The glazing continues through to the towers with matching spandrel panel, both surrounded by charcoal grey mullions and banisters. The floorplate of the towers has a playful sloped geometric design creating visual interest and variance as the levels increase.
